AGM Virtual Voting Services - How to Vote by Proxy

AGM virtual voting services make it simple to participate in a virtual annual general meeting (AGM) and vote by proxy. This guide walks you through each step for a smooth and secure digital voting experience.

Step-by-Step Guide to Proxy Voting at a Virtual AGM

You can vote through AGM Virtual Voting Services using the same smart device you're watching the meeting on. Alternatively, you can use a second device to scan the QR code and vote.

1. Join the meeting

Start by accessing the virtual AGM via the provided link.

2. Receive Your AGM Invitation

  • Once voting begins, an icon will appear in the bottom left corner of the screen with the message: “Vote - You are representing one or more shareholders.” Go to voting at vagm.fi or scan the QR code with your mobile device.
  • If you’d like to vote on the same device you’re using to follow the meeting, simply click the icon with the underlined link “Go to voting in the vagm.fi service.” This will open the voting page in a new tab. If you’re using a smart device with a camera, you can also access the voting page by scanning the QR code.

3. Select Proxy Voting Option

Once logged in, your screen will show you a view of the topic of the vote and the different voting options. You can choose to either vote directly or assign a proxy. If assigning a proxy:

  • Click on the “Next: Choose voter(s) for selected option” button.

4. Choose your Representatives & Submit Your Proxy Vote

  • You can now select the shareholders you represent for the selected option by clicking their names, then clicking the "Confirm" icon.
  • You’ll then be taken back to the previous screen, where you can select another voting option if needed. Repeat the process by choosing the supporters for that option and confirming again.

5. Review and Finalize Your Votes

  • You'll now be directed to the voting page, where you can review the votes you've already submitted. These votes can no longer be changed.

  • However, if you still have unused voting rights for any of the shareholders you represent, you can cast their votes in an ongoing voting by clicking on the relevant topic and confirm.
