Instructions for proxy voting at a virtual AGM

You can vote at a virtual AGM with the smart device you use to follow the meeting. If you wish, you can use another smart device to read the QR code.

When voting starts, an icon appears in the lower left corner of the screen that reads: 'Voting - You represent one or several shareholders. Go to voting vagm.fi or scan the QR code on your mobile device.'

If you want to vote using the device you are following the meeting with, click the icon with the embedded and underlined 'Go to voting in the vagm.fi service' hyperlink. Voting takes place through a new tab that opens on your device. With a smart device equipped with a camera, the voting website can be opened by scanning the QR code.

Your screen will show you a view of the topic of the vote and the different voting options.

Star by clicking on the voting option you want. Then click 'Next: Select the supporters of the option' link.

Now you can choose which of the people you represent vote for the option in question by clicking on their names and then clicking on the 'Confirm' icon. You will then go back to the previous view, where you can click on another voting option if necessary. Again, select those who support this option from the list and click on the 'Confirm' icon.

If you want to view your votes, you can do so by clicking on each voting option separately. This way, you will see the names and the voting ticket numbers of the shareholders under each option for whom you have voted for that particular option. You can edit the votes you entered by pressing the 'Reset changes' link. When you are satisfied with your voting, click 'Send votes' to move forward.

The site will direct you to the voting page, where you can still check the votes you have cast on various topics. However, you can no longer change your votes. If, however, the right to vote remains unused on behalf of one or more persons you represent you can still cast a vote in an ongoing voting by clicking the topic of the vote.
