      Voting with the help of a QR-code in a physical meeting - Inderes AGM Solutions

      Guide for voting with your mobile device

      You can utilize your own QR-scanning smart device for voting instead of the conventional bar-coded voting ticket during a physical meeting, provided the chairperson permits this approach. The QR code is personalized and can be located on your bar-coded voting ticket.

      Logging into the voting platform is done by scanning the QR-code using your camera in your device, after which your device will log you automatically into the meeting.

      The voting section will automatically open when voting begins. Don't forget to confirm your vote (in the yellow window) to ensure your selection is recorded by your phone. After confirming your vote, you can still review your chosen option.

      To log out of the meeting press the settings icon, and then the “log out” text.
