Why did you decide to change your press release system?
When I joined Eezy 2.5 years ago, we were using a system by a large multinational SaaS-company. It felt clunky and overly complex. There were too many steps, too many choices—and I was never quite sure if I had selected everything correctly. The system didn’t prevent mistakes, and navigating it during high-stakes moments like earnings releases made me genuinely anxious. I realised we needed a more intuitive and reliable tool—something that would support, not hinder, our process.
What led you to Inderes’ system?
Around two years ago, Inderes was launching its suite of IR tools. I met Minna from the team and got a demo. Immediately, the difference was clear: the interface was simple, streamlined, and clearly built with real IR workflows in mind. I appreciated that the Inderes team understood what IR professionals go through—especially the stress of late-night scheduling, formatting issues, or tight publication deadlines. It felt like the product was built by people who had been in my shoes.
What were your key criteria in the selection process?
Our main priorities were usability and cost-efficiency. Inderes offered a very competitive price point, especially compared to large international vendors. But what really stood out was the integration: through the Inderes IR widgets, attachments and materials are automatically published to our investor site the moment the release goes out. This has saved hours every quarter and allowed us to end the practice of having someone on standby just to update the website on results mornings. That level of automation and integration has really improved our process.
How does Inderes compare to your previous provider?
With our old provider, we were a small customer among giants. With Inderes, even though we’re not the biggest company, we feel important. The support is hands-on and responsive—even outside office hours. I’ve called the team at 8 p.m. during results season and always gotten help. They understand that IR doesn’t operate on a 9–5 schedule, and they take uptime and reliability seriously. That matters hugely in a regulated environment, where timing and delivery aren’t negotiable.
How has your daily work improved?
The biggest change is peace of mind. I’m no longer worried about whether the release will go out properly or if I’ve missed a step. The system walks you through everything, and it's hard to make mistakes. Plus, the automatic updates to the website free up our team to focus on higher-value tasks like internal comms, webinar prep, and monitoring market reactions. I also like that I received a step-by-step video on using the system—I rewatch it before each earnings release just to be sure. It’s simple, supportive, and gives me confidence.
What would you tell a peer considering a switch?
I’d say don’t be afraid to break with tradition. The IR space can be conservative—people often stick with big global tools just because that’s what’s always been done. But especially if you’re a smaller company where IR is juggling multiple roles, Inderes is a no-brainer. The system is reliable, intuitive, and backed by a local team that listens and improves the service continuously. For us, it’s been a definite upgrade.
Bottom Line:
Eezy didn’t just change systems—they reduced risk, saved time, and gained peace of mind. With Inderes, IR became less about firefighting and more about focus.
